The Scrambler 1200 XE’s 1200cc engine delivers powerful performance with a distinctive, responsive character. Its smooth torque, controllable power, and unmistakable sound make it the perfect powerplant—both on the road and off-road.

CROOKED Adventure Front
The Crooked Alps Edition front fairing combines the striking design of classic Dakar machines with modern lighting technology. Clean lines and functional details create a distinctive, timeless look. Integrated, high-performance lighting elements provide optimal visibility and underscore the bike’s technical sophistication. An optional windshield tower complements the front for additional protection on long rides. Reduced to the essentials—designed for adventures on and off the road.
CROOKED SEAT SYSTEM
The Crooked seat system is designed with functionality in mind. Inspired by classic Dakar design, the single seat combines a minimalist look with maximum utility. Thanks to the sleek, in-house developed design, the bike’s center of gravity is noticeably improved—for greater control, especially on challenging terrain. At the same time, the system offers optimal options for securely mounting luggage. Customizable: Various leather and Alcantara options can be freely combined, making every seat truly one-of-a-kind. Reduced to what matters—performance, function, and individuality.
CROOKED Special Paint Job
The Alps Edition stands for uncompromising exclusivity—and begins where the standard model ends. Our special paint finishes open up virtually unlimited possibilities for customization. Manufactured in Germany and refined down to the smallest detail, every paint finish undergoes the most rigorous quality control processes and is perfected by experienced specialists.
With the Alps Edition 1200, we approach the motorcycle as a whole. Proportions, weight, ergonomics, functionality and details are reimagined and brought together into one cohesive concept.
