Since our foundation in 2018, we have made it our mission to create unique motorcycles that not only impress with their design, but also with their exclusivity. Inspired by a passion for two-wheelers and the pursuit of perfection, we manufacture individual machines for enthusiasts worldwide in the south of Germany.

The development of our Plug & Play MotoKits makes it easy for customers all over the world to transform their motorcycle into an absolutely unique piece. In recent years, we have had the pleasure of working with many exciting customers & companies, expanding our knowledge and growing our customer base to over 16 countries worldwide.
With over 70 successfully completed Icon Line projects, we not only bring passion, but above all expertise and precision to the road. Our team combines know-how from design, conception, planning and production - and accompanies every project from the first idea to the last screw. Whether shipping abroad, complex technical conversions or style-defining details: we deliver tailor-made motorcycles that cause a stir worldwide. Every machine is a statement.
HOW DO WE WORK?
Every year, our team develops two new Moto KITS, which are precisely tailored and plug & play for selected models. in addition, we realize a limited number of ICON LINE conversions - individual complete solutions with high standards of design, technology and originality. we offer these to both corporate and private customers. the brand focus of our platform is deliberately limited to our two exclusive partners - for maximum quality, precision and recognition.
1. Design - Your vision meets our experience
Every custom bike starts with an idea - and that's where our design process comes in. Whether you already have a concrete idea or are still at the beginning of your journey: together we develop a concept that is not only visually convincing, but also works technically.we take the time to understand your wishes: Riding characteristics, style, intended use and details such as colors, materials or technical features. In close coordination, this results in an individual design concept - as a 2D visualization, sketch or digital mock-up. We use our many years of experience in custom construction to find the perfect balance between aesthetics, function and suitability for everyday use, with the aim of creating a bike that feels like you - unique, uncompromising and well thought-out down to the smallest detail.
2. Production - Precision, Craftsmanship & Passion
Once the design has been approved, the conversion begins - and with it the heartbeat of our craft.from frame conversions to 3D printed triple clamps, tank modifications, electrics, CNC-milled parts and individual seat benches - every component is carefully manufactured, adapted and tested. We combine classic motorcycle technology with modern elements to create a durable and high-performance overall package.
We work with high-quality materials, develop many components ourselves and pay attention to maximum accuracy of fit - every bike that leaves our factory is unique - built for the road, made for you.
3. SHIPPING - Safely packed, delivered worldwide
Your bike is ready - and now only the last step is missing: the journey to you. As soon as all the final checks have been completed, your bike will be carefully packed and prepared for shipping.we work with specialized shipping companies that guarantee the safe transport of motorcycles - throughout Germany and worldwide. On request, we can also take care of direct delivery to your home, including instruction or an acceptance meeting.
And then the time has come: your individual CROOKED ICON is at your door - ready to ride.
